Returns Terms

Made-to-order items
Because each set is prepared for the selected design and confirmed size, we do not accept returns for change of mind, colour preference after approval, or an incorrect customer measurement submitted after confirmation.
When we will make it right
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos if we sent the wrong design or size, the item arrived damaged, or the delivered item materially differs from your confirmed order. We may offer a replacement, partial refund or other reasonable remedy after review.
Fit guidance
Our photo review is a recommendation, not a medical or technical guarantee. Natural nail growth, curvature, preparation and adhesive use affect fit and wear. Follow the preparation and removal guidance supplied with your order.
Safety
Stop use if you experience irritation or an adverse reaction. Do not apply over damaged or infected nails. Seek professional advice if symptoms persist.
