Made to order
Each set is prepared after design and size confirmation. Please allow 8–12 working days for Singapore delivery. We will provide tracking when the parcel is dispatched.
Address and tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete Singapore delivery address and a reachable phone number. Please check the address on your payment record before we ship. Delays caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery or customs inspection are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.
Packaging and contents
Your set includes the nails and care guidance described in your order confirmation. Liquid nail glue is not included unless it has been separately confirmed as available for the destination and shipment method.
Delivery issues
If the parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered within a reasonable period after dispatch, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.
